Which styles can be decorated with Surge?
Any garment that is not porthole or tricot mesh fabric or designed for football can be decorated with Surge. Styles available for Surge will be indicated on the product page.
When should a garment be decorated with Surge and when should it be decorated with Wave?
Surge is usually more economical for orders with two or more colors on one garment. Surge is also normally more economical when ordering numbered jerseys. Wave screen printing is the best choice when printing large quantities or mesh garments.
What are the accepted file types for vector art?
We accept AI, EPS or high resolution PDF files. If you are not able to provide the vector art, we will create it for you at a fee of $10 per logo.
When will my Surge order ship?
Champro expects to manufacture and ship your Surge items within 10 days of receiving your order. This “lead time” refers to manufacturing days. It does not include the shipping time from our distribution center to your address. Lead times may vary by order volume and are subject to change based on available capacity. Always be sure to check our current lead times at the top of our sign-in page on champrosports.com.
How do I submit a new order?
You may use one of two ways to submit a Surge order:

Send an email to surge@champrosports.com with your selected stock SKU and color along with the vector artwork or decoration details you would like printed onto your garment.

What if I placed an order, but later need to add additional items to it?
This would be considered an add-on request. Please email add-on requests to surge@champrosports.com with your original sales order number and new roster.
What is the minimum quantity requirement for a new order?
There is no minimum quantity requirement for Surge orders.
When will I hear back after I submit an inquiry?
You will hear back quickly. Our response time is one to two hours after you submit your request via email or form.
What is my transit time?
Surge orders ship from our warehouse in Bannockburn, Ill. If you are unsure of your transit time, please send an email to surge@champrosports.com or give us a call at 847-499-5600 and we're happy to check for you.
How long until I receive my proof?
Our expected proof response time is 24 hours.
Will my order get free freight?
Surge orders of $200 or more qualify for free freight on our Freight Love Program.
What is my pricing for decoration?
