To ensure we offer you the highest level of customer service while accommodating holiday schedules, Champro will be adjusting our lead times on some orders during the holiday season.
Updated lead times and shipping schedules:
- Juice Express Plus and Caps Express five-day orders received between Dec. 24, 2024, and Jan. 1, 2025, will have extended lead times — three to five days longer than the usual time frame. We will communicate these updated lead times on all order confirmations, so you know when to expect your order!
- Wave Express orders’ lead times will remain unchanged during the holiday season.
- Champro does not expect significant disruptions to lead times on stock product orders. However, we will not be shipping stock products on Dec. 25, 2024, and Jan. 1, 2025.
